Some of Hebron's most popular glasses are what appear to be frosted and painted glasses. The glasses themselves are clear wine, water, and pilsner glasses purchased from manufacturers in Europe and brought to Hebron. They are hand-painted by Abed Abu ( Ceramics and Glass Factory in Hebron). He works his magic, turning these clear glasses into works of art, each one with a unique frosted and painted look.

 Hebron glass was made using local materials like sand from nearby villages and sodium carbonate from the Dead Sea.
