100% mercerised cotton with a lovely lustre. Empress crochet cotton is perfect for crochet work as it has a smooth appearance and will give excellent stitch definition.

This is an 8 gauge cotton or 10/3cc which is similar to a 3ply. Knit or crochet to most standard 3ply patterns and needs a 1.75mm or 2mm crochet hook or 2.25mm-3.25mm needles.
